The Translator’s Summer at STAR

The holiday season is in full swing… and that brings with it the matter of how to balance your work with other plans. Here are some tips for a successful summer as a freelance translator with STAR:

1. Let us know about any holiday time you have planned. If your working hours or daily capacity are different, tell us. That way, your reputation for being available when you say you are is maintained.

Finally, make any holiday time count! Translation can be mentally taxing, and everyone needs some downtime. Disconnect, give your brain a rest, and enjoy! You will feel the benefit on your return to work.
