The Certification
All requirements of ISO 9001 are generic and are intended to be applicable to all organisations regardless of type, size and product provided. For further information on ISO standards, you can visit the official NSAI website.
We work hard to monitor all our quality and track quality issues in what we call CAPA items. CAPA stands for Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions.
Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA)
For each quality item to be addressed, one must review and log the Corrective Action: what needs to be done immediately to fix, or improve an issue. Then one must review the Preventive Action: what needs to be addressed to ensure this is made known for all future occurrences — effectively to remove this quality issue and negate future mistakes. This is a continuous cycle of quality improvement.
We log and track all CAPAs for every internal process review. This feeds our continuous quality improvement.
We are also certified to ISO 17100 quality standard for translation services.
