ISO 9001 Certification
ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS). It certifies that we have a system in place to manage our quality and ensures that we …
- deliver a consistent quality service
- focus on improving customer experience and quality satisfaction
- have a process for tracking quality issues and managing quality improvements
I.S. EN ISO 9001 specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organisation needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. It aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- to deliver consistent results
- to focus on improving service
- to track quality issues
- to manage quality improvements
- to generate quality processes
All requirements of ISO 9001 are generic and are intended to be applicable to all organisations regardless of type, size and product provided. For further information on ISO standards, you can visit the official NSAI website.
We work hard to monitor all our quality and track quality issues in what we call CAPA items. CAPA stands for Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions.
For each quality item to be addressed, one must review and log the Corrective Action: what needs to be done immediately to fix, or improve an issue. Then one must review the Preventive Action: what needs to be addressed to ensure this is made known for all future occurrences — effectively to remove this quality issue and negate future mistakes. This is a continuous cycle of quality improvement.
We are also certified to ISO 17100 quality standard for translation services.
