Position: Account Executive (AE)
Location: Remote
Salary/Contract: Competitive Base (€25) + Commission

As an Account Executive at STAR Translation Services, you’ll play a crucial role in driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships. You’ll work closely with current clients, active leads, and our translation project managers to ensure successful project delivery. This is a remote role, allowing you to contribute from anywhere.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Collaborate with existing clients and active leads to drive sales growth and customer retention.
    • Cross-sell and up-sell translation services to maximize revenue.
    • Maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service.
  2. Project Management:
    • Manage live translation projects from initial quotes to final delivery.
    • Work with clients to collect necessary files, create accurate quotes, and obtain approvals.
    • Coordinate with our translation project managers to ensure on-time, high-quality deliveries.
  3. Sales and Business Development:
    • Follow up on active sales leads to convert them into clients.
    • Focus on Customer PAR (Penetration, Acquisition, and Retention) to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Build long-term relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
  4. Market Focus:
    • Target markets include the USA, UK, and Ireland.
  5. CRM Management:
    • Maintain high-quality CRM data using Pipedrive and our in house data management systems.
  6. Communication Skills:
    • Be an excellent communicator, both over the phone and in written communication (email).
  7. Attributes:
    • Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
    • Self-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, business development, or related fields.
  • Proven track record in sales or account management.
  • Familiarity with translation services or language industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive).
  • Strong communication skills (phone and email).
