Translation Quotes
Everything starts with a quote. Through the STAR Translation Cloud, you can request quotes on all projects. Via the cloud, you can view your quotes and projects status, target languages, word count and cost. Approve or cancel a project with a few simple mouse clicks. You’re always in control. Translation Project Status
As a customer, you can oversee the status of all your projects, whether “in translation” or “completed”. Even if you’re on the road – you can login with your smartphone to check the status of any project. You can even download the files or add a new project to your list.
Online Review (Optional)
Online Review is made easy using STAR’s WebEdit system. You can login, inspect and modify your translations on all your current projects. WebEdit works in conjunction with TransitNXT so can update your translation memory directly so new improvements are instantly available to the global team. WebEdit makes DTP more cost effective and quicker.
Reporting
Take control of your translation spend with our reports system. View word counts and costs per target language. Useful for localization and translation managers for budget planning and cost control.
Configuration
Set your account details and preferences for the cloud here. Change your name, password, time zone information, date formats and control various visual settings for you.
Translation Invoices and Finance
Access all your projects’ invoices by purchase order, reference number, date and description. The values of each invoice per project, or multiple projects will be displayed excluding the VAT.
Easy Download Of Translated Files
You can conveniently download your completed projects through the Translation Cloud. All file types are stored here (.zip, .xml, .html, .docx, .pptx, etc). You will receive a notification via email with a link to download your files or simply login and view all project files for download at your leisure.
If files are really big – you’ll get a link to download them securely.
