About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work remotely (8–16 hours per week) and become a key player in an innovative translation company expanding across the USA, UK, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands, and beyond. You’ll collaborate directly with sales and leadership to create compelling content that generates demand, attracts new clients, and showcases our cutting-edge translation services powered by the latest AI technologies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Create engaging, customer-focused content for our blogs, social media, white papers, company website, and marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Managing Director and Business Development Coordinator to brainstorm and develop new content ideas and strategies.
  • Drive qualified leads through innovative demand generation and inbound marketing tactics.
  • Conduct research on emerging AI tools and digital marketing trends, applying these insights to your content creation.
  • Serve as the primary creator and curator for all public-facing marketing materials, supporting our growth in Northern Europe and the USA.

What We’re Looking For

  • Marketing graduate (or similar qualification) with a genuine interest in translation and global communication.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Enthusiasm for content creation and storytelling, with a keen eye for crafting persuasive marketing messages.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools (advantageous but not essential).
  • Collaborative, proactive attitude with a hunger to learn and push boundaries in your field.
  • Bonus: Multilingual abilities or experience in content for the translation sector.
