Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client portfolio, working closely with the Business Development Coordinator (BDC, Demand Generator).
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to maximize satisfaction and retention.
- Create tailored sales quotes, proposals, and pitches for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales, product, and business development coordination teams to align strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to inform effective sales approaches.
- Meet and work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent the company at networking events and industry conferences.
- Maintain diligent records of your activities in our CRM system.
