The lead generation specialist will find and qualify new sales lead for our sales team. You will drive our sales activity using both inbound and outbound sales activities. STAR work’s with companies across the globe translating their content to help them increase international sales. Our Dublin based sales team connects with potential customers and sells translation services for websites, documents and brochures.

Sales Lead Generation and Qualification:
Identify and qualify potential new customers for STAR Translation across the UK, Ireland and USA. You will build the sales lead list that will drive our business development sales teams.
Inbound and Outbound Telesales: Some telesales activity is required to maintain our current customer base and identify new leads.
- SALES LEAD GENERATION / QUALIFICATION
- Compile and maintain a target list of potential customers for qualification.
- Desk research to support sales campaigns and business development activities.
- Qualify potential targets
- Record all information and research on potential customers in our CRM system.
- Distribute qualified sales-lead information with revenue potential to the sales team (Business Development Executives)
- Complete a minimum of 10 lead qualification phone calls per day
- Must meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- SUPPORT FOR TELESALES
- Conduct an agreed number of outbound telesales phone calls per month to qualify leads
- Account-set up for new customers and follow implementation process where needed
- Handle enquiries from our website and customers on demand
- Distribute qualified sales lead information to the sales team
- Support targeted sales campaigns by contacting targeted customers identified by the campaign for qualification
- Must demonstrate ability to follow up to closure with sales team
